1.Prepare and file online DGFT applications and supporting annexures; monitor status and follow up with DGFT portal and district/regional offices.
2.Compile and reconcile shipping bills, realisation certificates, bank documents and invoices needed to claim incentives and to fulfil licence conditions.
3.Manage licence utilisation (scrips, duty credit), prepare utilisation statements and ensure timelines for export obligations are met.
4.Coordinate with accounts, export operations, customs CHAs, banks and clients to collect data required for filings and to resolve discrepancies.
5.Maintain trackers/MIS for pending filings, expiries, utilisation balances and incentive claims; produce weekly status reports.
6.Assist in responding to DGFT queries, audit requests and internal compliance reviews.
Keep the team updated about DGFT circulars, public notices and procedural changes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
