Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, trend-savvy, and highly organized Community Strategist to drive the growth, health, and performance of our digital communities and content IPs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trend integration, content quality audits, community safety, reporting, team coordination, and strategic expansion of community-led content properties.
This role requires someone who can combine creativity, operational excellence, and analytical thinking to ensure every IP remains relevant, compliant, and growth-focused.
Key Responsibilities1. Trend Monitoring & Rapid Content Integration
- Monitor emerging trends across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify trends that align with specific content IPs and audience interests.
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers to publish trend-led content within 1–2 hours of trend identification.
- Ensure trend adaptation is platform-appropriate and brand-relevant.
2. Daily Content Audit & Quality Control
- Conduct daily audits of all active community pages and IPs.
- Review content for:
- Community guideline compliance
- Grammar, spelling, and caption quality
- Brand tone consistency
- Creative and visual standards
- Identify and escalate any content risks, compliance concerns, or off-brand communication.
3. Growth Monitoring & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and analyze page performance metrics.
- Conduct weekly reviews covering:
- Follower growth
- Engagement trends
- Best and worst-performing content
- Content format effectiveness (Reels, Carousels, Statics, etc.)
- Prepare Monthly IP Health Reports with actionable recommendations and growth strategies.
4. Performance Target Setting & Tracking
- Establish performance goals for each IP every 10 days.
- Define growth, engagement, and content output targets.
- Communicate targets to Team Leads and relevant stakeholders.
- Track achievement versus targets and highlight underperforming pages.
5. Workflow Management & Team Mapping
- Maintain updated master trackers for:
- IP ownership and management
- Team Lead assignments
- Community-related WhatsApp and Telegram groups
- Internal escalation matrices
- Ensure all records are reviewed and updated weekly.
6. Community Security & Access Governance
- Work closely with IT and management teams to maintain page security.
- Monitor and manage:
- Access permissions
- Credential updates and monthly password rotation
- Authorized user access
- Flag suspicious activity or potential security risks immediately.
7. Community Infrastructure & New IP Development
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for launching new digital communities and IPs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on:
- Naming and positioning new pages
- Content strategy and format planning
- Brand voice and audience definition
- Maintain a complete IP launch and ownership database.
8. Content Bank Development & Format Innovation
- Contribute ideas for content planning and ideation.
- Recommend:
- New content formats
- Creative template refreshes
- Engagement-driven content opportunities
- Collaborate with design and content teams to evaluate feasibility and execution.
9. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Support
- Act as an operational extension of the Community Team Lead.
- Escalate blockers and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Support onboarding and training of interns and new team members.
- Coordinate with HR for workforce planning, attendance updates, and team communication.
10. Community Training & Sensitivity Management
- Conduct training sessions every 15 days or monthly on:
- Platform guidelines and compliance
- Community management best practices
- Sensitive topics (religion, politics, trolling, misinformation, etc.)
- Crisis management fundamentals
- Develop and maintain training resources including SOPs, decks, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure training materials remain updated with platform and policy changes.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Strategy, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple social media brands or content IPs.
- Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience working with content, design, and growth teams.
Pay: ₹15,459.40 - ₹30,000.00 per month
