Launchpad Phase – Intern (First 4 Months)
Start as a paid intern with a stipend of ₹12,000/month while gaining hands-on exposure to customer communication, operations, and real-time business processes.
Momentum Phase – Trainee (Next 2 Months)
Based on performance, candidates move to the trainee phase with a stipend of ₹15,000/month, taking on greater responsibilities and ownership within the team.
Core Crew – Full-Time Opportunity (Post 6 Months)
High-performing candidates may be offered a permanent full-time role with a salary structure of ₹25,000 fixed + ₹12,500 variable/month.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
