Looking for a highly motivated, punctual and responsible senior accountant for preparing and maintaining financial records for the organisation and with ability to lead the accounting department. Their duties include examining financial statements to ensure they comply with local and national regulations and providing financial advice to the top management in order for them to make informed decisions. Has extensive Tally knowledge and accounting expertise of minimum 7 years alongwith experience with construction related companies in order to tackle the tender fillings.
- Daily data report from multiple sites and compiling P&L for each site on monthly basis.
- Anticipating efficiency and productivity of all plant & machinery, assets on daily basis based on data received from site.
- Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data
- Fluency in Road Construction Department (RCD) & Building Construction Department (BCD), Jharkhand portals. Has hands-on experience in tender fillings.
- Knowledge of JIMMS (Jharkhand Integrated Mines & Mineral Management System) portal for Mining returns and other activities.
- Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organisation
- Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs
- Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases
- Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies they discover in the company’s financial document
- Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures
- To lead the accounting department in a way that works towards company’s betterment and bright future.
- Make and evaluate the organisation’s year-end financial accounts
- Compose budget forecasts
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
