Job Title: Admin & Recruitment
Department: Human Resources Recruiter & Administration
Reporting to: HR Manager / Director
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & HR Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining formalities
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction process
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations
Administration Functions:
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
- Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, stationery, etc.)
- Oversee office maintenance and facility management
- Handle travel arrangements (tickets, hotel bookings, transport)
- Maintain records, files, and important documentation
- Monitor attendance records / biometric system
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office events
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Support accounts/admin team in basic documentation and coordination
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
