Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Tele Caller to manage customer communications, payment follow-ups, collection reminders, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with new and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting business growth through effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Perform regular follow-ups regarding pending payments, overdue accounts, and financial commitments.
- Provide timely payment reminders and maintain records of customer responses and commitments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, account updates, and service-related queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Communicate company updates, services, and business initiatives to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Achieve assigned customer service, collection, and follow-up targets.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Collections, Recovery, or Finance Industry preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to manage collection reminders professionally and courteously.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
