Job Role: To coordinate with government authorities, statutory bodies, utility agencies, local stakeholders, customers, and internal departments to facilitate timely approvals, resolve project-related issues, and support the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Revenue Department, Survey Department, Town Planning Department, Coastal Zone Management Authority, Southern Railway, Airport Authority of India, Fire & Rescue Department, Pollution Control Board, SEIAA, Local Self Government Institutions, and such other statutory authorities, and utility agencies for project approvals and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, customers, contractors, local communities, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of liaison-related activities.
- Resolve local issues through effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor statutory approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain records of meetings, approvals, correspondence, and status reports.
- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)/ PG
- Preferred: Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Political Science, Law, or related disciplines.
- Retired Public Sector Estate Managers / Retired LSGD Officials
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, government coordination, stakeholder management, public relations, corporate affairs, or project coordination.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector will be preferred.
