Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from various departments.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws is preferred.
