The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, data-obsessed Growth & Performance Marketer to lead our user acquisition and retention efforts. You will be responsible for scaling Zuget’s footprint in Hyderabad and beyond, managing significant ad spends, and optimizing the entire funnel—from the first ad impression to the 10th repeat order.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google (SEM/UAC), and emerging channels like ShareChat/Moj to drive app installs and high-intent traffic.
Hyperlocal Scaling: Develop and execute geo-fenced marketing strategies to match our 5–7 km delivery radius, ensuring we acquire users only where we can fulfill the 10-minute promise.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work closely with the product team to optimize landing pages and the in-app journey. You’ll specifically focus on using the Virtual Try-On (VTO) feature as a hook to increase "Add-to-Cart" rates.
Retention & CRM: Own the lifecycle marketing strategy. You’ll use WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and Email (tools like Clevertap/MoEngage) to drive repeat purchases and increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Creative Strategy: Don't just look at dashboards—collaborate with the design team to brief high-performing video hooks and static ads. You’ll lead A/B testing for all creatives to find what resonates with the Hyderabad fashion audience.
Data & Reporting: Track and report on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), Retention cohorts, and Blended CAC. You should be able to tell the "story" behind the numbers.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years in Performance Marketing, ideally within a D2C, E-commerce, or Quick-Commerce startup.
Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with Apple Search Ads or Influencer marketing is a huge plus.
Analytical Rigor: You live in Excel/Google Sheets and are comfortable with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and AppsFlyer/Adjust.
Growth Mindset: You are a "test-and-learn" animal. You’d rather run 10 small experiments than one big, unproven campaign.
Local Pulse: A deep understanding of the Indian (and specifically Hyderabad) consumer psyche and fashion trends.
