Go Mobility Tech Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing mobility technology startup building a driver-first ride-hailing platform. We are expanding our business and looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives who can generate leads, connect with potential clients, and help grow our business.
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and possess basic computer knowledge. You will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Explain company services and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads.
- Update lead information and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for lead handovers.
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
- Experience or confidence in cold calling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
