ABOUT THE ROLE We are building a hardcore, no-brokerage sales army at NxtSft.
As a Team Leader, you will lead 20+ Direct Sales Executives who will go door-to-door, call, and close property owners + builders to list on NxtSft.
This is NOT a desk job. This is for someone who can carry a target, a phone, and hit the streets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES .
Target & Numbers - Achieve monthly team target of Property Listings and Paid/Verified Listings
Drive 600+ field visits per team per month - Own team revenue and conversion numbers

Team Building & Leadership- own Recruit, train, and retain 20 Direct Sales Executives - Daily field accompaniment, call listening, and role-plays - Maintain hardcore discipline: 10 AM huddle, daily reporting, zero excuses *3. Market Hunting - Map localities, societies, and builders in assigned area -
Open new micro-markets for NxtSft every month -
Direct owner acquisition + builder tie-ups with 0% brokerage pitch
4. Reporting - Daily MIS: Calls, Meetings, Listings, Closures - Weekly strategy with management to beat competition like NoBroker, 99acres
MUST-HAVE: HARDCORE REQUIREMENTS 1. 4-8 years in Direct Sales
- Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, or Telecom
2. Proven track record: Led a team of 20+ and achieved 120%+ targets for 2+ years
3. Field DNA: Comfortable doing 3-4 site visits daily with team
4. Hunter Mentality: Can cold call 50 owners/day and convert
5. Local Market Knowledge: Knows Hyderabad/Vizag/Bengaluru property pockets
6. No Excuses Attitude: Target is target. Period. GOOD TO HAVE - Experience in PropTech / NoBroker / Magicbricks / 99acres / SquareYards - Own 2-wheeler + Driving License - Kannada/Telugu/Hindi + English speaking
