Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to ensure an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, handling customer queries, and maintaining excellent service standards within the showroom.
Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in customer relationship management or retail is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and assist them with their shopping experience.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
* Promote ongoing schemes and offers to customers.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain and analyze customer databases.
* Coordinate home delivery services and ensure smooth operations.
* Collect customer feedback and help improve service quality.
* Coordinate with merchandising teams regarding customer preferences and new product requirements.
