The Senior Engineer 2 will play a critical role in supporting the WMS Columbus program, a large-scale, multi‑year transformation that will shape the future of Supply Chain operations at Catalyst. While the initial focus is on the Columbus implementation, this role will be pivotal in supporting the broader WMS roadmap, including future rollouts planned from 2027 to 2030.
This is a highly complex, fast‑paced environment with multiple parallel workstreams and release cycles. To ensure successful implementation, minimize risk, and optimize performance, Catalyst is seeking a senior-level technical professional with prior WMS expertise and strong full‑stack development capabilities.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define, design, configure, test, and implement scalable and high‑performance WMS solutions.
Support integration testing, system testing, and performance testing, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with architects, functional teams, ERP teams, and external partners across multiple workstreams and releases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
8–10 years of diversified and hands-on experience in software development
Proven experience implementing and supporting the Infios Warehouse Advantage Product Suite.
Strong full‑stack development experience using either Java (Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs), or .NET (.NET Core, C#, Web APIs)
Strong SQL expertise, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data migration scripts.
Hands‑on experience with API integration and event‑driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Experience with integration testing, performance testing, and production support.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including incident management, CI/CD pipelines, and post‑go‑live support models.
Experience working with production systems, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Ability to operate effectively in a large-scale, multi‑release transformation program.
