Position: Tally Technical Associates
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with businesses, and implementing Tally solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support TallyPrime.
- Perform Tally implementation, data migration, and upgrades.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
- Configure and support Tally on Cloud.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Tally, Windows, and networking.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth implementation and timely issue resolution.
- Deliver basic user training after implementation.
- Maintain service reports and client documentation.
Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience with TallyPrime (Freshers with strong practical knowledge are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of TDL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows, networking, and remote support tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
