Key Responsibilities
- Application deployment and optimization on AWS, Azure, and other similar cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
- Ensure robust security practices across cloud environments and Linux servers
- Manage and administer Linux-based servers (user management, permissions, process monitoring, and system tuning)
- Configure and manage Apache web server with SSL, PM2 for process management, and database backups/log monitoring
- Automate deployment and configuration using shell scripting and cloud-native tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud and Linux infrastructure for performance improvements
- Manage DNS, domains, and SSL certificates to ensure secure and reliable accessibility
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration including:
- Web servers (Apache / Nginx)
- Networking and firewalls
- Security hardening with SSL configuration
- Log monitoring and database backup management
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
