Job Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Telecom Passive Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of DG, SMPS, Battery Bank, Solar Systems, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Experience in team handling, customer KPI management, and site operations.
- Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cluster telecom passive operations.
- Ensure site uptime, PM compliance, and KPI achievement.
- Monitor technician performance and MIS reporting.
- Ensure ESH, Solar PM, and Head Office compliance.
- Coordinate with customers and field teams for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
