Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
- Document processes and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with managing server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of system security principles and best practices for safeguarding infrastructure.
- Ability to implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning to optimize server operations.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
