- Assist the Head Chef in preparing Indian dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and organizing mise en place.
- Cook and plate menu items under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients following food safety standards.
- Assist with stock management and inform the Head Chef when supplies are running low.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely food preparation.
- Follow all kitchen safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
