Position: Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing to own and execute influencer marketing initiatives, creator partnerships, brand collaborations, and PR activities that drive awareness, engagement, and brand visibility.
This is a highly execution-focused role that requires someone who can build strong creator relationships, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, work comfortably with numbers, and ensure seamless execution from outreach to reporting.

- Build and manage a strong network of influencers, creators, and content partners.
- Identify creators aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, briefing, content approvals, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners.
- Ensure timely campaign delivery and high-quality execution.
- Track creator performance and optimize future collaborations based on learnings and data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns efficiently.
- Create campaign trackers, timelines, and execution plans.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain high standards of execution and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and execute relevant brand partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate collaboration campaigns from planning through execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner brands and communities.
- Support PR initiatives to improve brand visibility and awareness.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with media outreach, founder visibility initiatives, product launches, and brand announcements.
- Track and maintain records of media coverage and PR outcomes.
- Track campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze creator performance, engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Maintain campaign reports, trackers, and performance summaries.
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, or related marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working with numbers, campaign metrics, and performance reporting.
