Job Specification – Student Counsellor cum Receptionist
The Student Counsellor cum Receptionist is responsible for managing the front office and providing counselling services to prospective and existing students at the coaching centre.
Working hours are 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, or as per the institute's schedule.
Key responsibilities include
- Welcoming Students and Parents
- Handling Walk-In, Telephone, Email, and WhatsApp Enquiries
- Explaining Courses, Fee Structures, Admission Procedures, and Assisting Students in Selecting Appropriate Programmes.
- The role involves maintaining enquiry and admission records, scheduling counselling sessions, coordinating with faculty and management, and ensuring accurate documentation.
The employee will manage the reception area, attend to visitors professionally, support fee collection and follow-ups, maintain student databases, prepare daily reports, and communicate class schedules, examinations, and important notices to students and parents.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in seminars, promotional activities, student support services, and general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the coaching centre.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, and demonstrate punctuality, confidentiality, and excellent customer service while performing all assigned duties in accordance with the institute's policies and management instructions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
