Role : Arial Yoga Instructor

We are a fast-growing children's sports academy focused on gymnastics and fitness. Our mission is to provide world-class coaching while delivering an exceptional experience for children and parents. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our academy.
Key Responsibilities
Center Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the academy and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
- Coordinate class schedules and student attendance
- Ensure the center is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Student & Parent Support
- Handle parent queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Support student onboarding, registrations, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records and operational reports.
Administration
- Manage billing, fee collection follow-ups, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and operational processes.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with coaches, sales, and center management to ensure seamless execution of classes and events.
- Support workshops, competitions, camps, and community engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing new operational initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or center management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends (weekly off on a weekday).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
