Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Identify customer needs and explain company services
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and demos with interested clients
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team
- Meet weekly and monthly targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confidence in outbound calling and customer interaction
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
