Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance (QA) concepts, methodologies, and testing processes.
- Experience in mobile application testing across different devices and operating systems.
- Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Experience in defect identification, reporting, tracking, and verification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing, categorizing, and responding to technical support tickets.
- Ability to provide effective application and user support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with users and stakeholders.
Educational Qualification:
- BCA, MCA, MSc (IT), or any equivalent qualification in the IT field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain mobile application test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, usability, regression, and compatibility testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and assist in resolving them.
- Respond to user queries, feedback, and support requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure product quality.
- Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Understand user requirements and ensure applications meet quality and usability standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
