Key ResponsibilitiesClient collaboration:
Meet clients to define project needs, styles, and budgets.Design & drafting: Create 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, and conceptual models using software like AutoCAD or Revit.Regulatory compliance: Ensure all designs follow local zoning laws, safety rules, and building codes.Team coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, contractors, and project managers.Site visits: Inspect active construction sites to monitor progress and solve technical problems.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Licensing: Valid architectural license or registration as required by local governance.Software skills: Strong proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp).Communication: Clear presentation skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
