Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-user devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Perform OS installation, upgrades, and patch management.
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, including OST and PST files.
- Install and configure printers and resolve printer-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide remote and onsite support to end users.
Required Skills:
- Windows OS Installation and Configuration.
- Desktop and Laptop Troubleshooting.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook Support.
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Printer Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Hardware Troubleshooting and Replacement.
- Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
Pay: From ₹35,833.66 per month
