Write catchy, clear and engaging job descriptions and pick the right channels to post them, with a focus on quality, speed and culture fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and run the recruitment cycle
- Prioritize hiring needs smartly based on business goals.
- Build and nurture a strong candidate network.
- Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents.
