Position: Accounts Assistant
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and reconcile Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports and ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial data to management as required.
