- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products and services.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and support the sales closing process.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Promote the company’s products, services, offers, and campaigns in the assigned market.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly lead-generation, demo, and revenue targets.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales forecasts to the reporting manager.
