Job Title: Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 6 Months to 1+ Year (Freshers with relevant training/internship experience may also apply) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skillset) Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual layouts, formatting text and images, and preparing documents for high-quality printing or digital publishing. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in design software, typing speed, and a strong eye for visual composition. Key Responsibilities * Create page layouts for books, magazines, brochures, catalogs, and promotional media using standard DTP tools. * Format copy and combine typography, graphics, and images according to provided brand guidelines. * Typeset Hindi and English content accurately with proper font styles and alignment. * Convert source files into print-ready PDF formats and ensure correct color modes (CMYK/RGB) and resolution setup. * Proofread formatting to ensure zero alignment, margin, or layout errors prior to production. * Coordinate with printing teams and graphic designers to make real-time layout revisions. Key Requirements & Qualifications * Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass; a Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, DTP, or Multimedia is preferred. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Freshers with strong practical software knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply. * Software Proficiency: * CorelDraw * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe PageMaker / Adobe InDesign * Basic MS Office skills (Word/Excel) * Language & Typing: Decent typing speed in English and/or Hindi (Krutidev / Unicode). * Location: Candidates must be based in Jaipur or ready to relocate.
