We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Wedding Decor Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute luxury wedding experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of wedding décor, event styling, floral concepts, venue design, and on-site event execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesWedding Concept & Theme Development
- Create unique wedding décor concepts based on client preferences, culture, theme, and budget.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, décor themes, and styling concepts.
- Research luxury wedding trends, destination wedding themes, and innovative décor ideas.
- Design cohesive experiences across all wedding functions.
Event Decor Design
Design and style wedding venues including:
- Mandaps
- Wedding Stages
- Entrances
- Lounges
- Walkways
- Dining Areas
- Floral Installations
- Ceiling Décor
- Welcome Areas
- Guest Experience Zones
- Photo Opportunities
Client Presentation & Design Planning
- Create professional presentations using Canva.
- Present décor concepts, layouts, and mood boards to clients.
- Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design quality and feasibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for branding and wedding collateral alignment.
Vendor & Production Coordination
- Work closely with florists, fabricators, lighting vendors, furniture suppliers, and production teams.
- Finalize décor materials, flowers, fabrics, props, and furniture selections.
- Ensure vendors understand design specifications and quality expectations.
Venue Planning & Event Execution
- Conduct venue recce and site inspections.
- Plan space utilization, guest flow, décor placement, and installation timelines.
- Supervise venue setup and décor installation.
- Coordinate with hotel teams, vendors, and execution staff during event setup.
- Ensure flawless execution of approved designs.
- Conduct final quality checks before event handover.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Wedding Decor, Event Design, Luxury Hospitality, Interior Styling, or Event Production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wedding décor concepts and executed events.
- Willingness to travel for venue visits, client meetings, and event execution.
