Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead to drive organic growth across client accounts through technical SEO, local SEO, programmatic SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
- Manage technical SEO, site audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals & schema
- Drive local SEO for multi-location healthcare brands
- Build and scale programmatic SEO initiatives
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.
- Oversee content strategy, backlinks, and performance reporting
- Lead and mentor the SEO team
- Drive monthly organic traffic, lead, and ranking growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of SEO experience
- 3+ years leading SEO teams/functions
- Strong expertise in multi-location local SEO (50+ locations)
- Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO
- Knowledge of AEO/GEO & AI search optimisation
- Proficiency in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
