Pre project Activities -
- Help sales team making technical offer and costing sheet in case of new enquiry
- Arranging basic P&I diagram for order confirmation (From Existing Draftsman)
- Reporting these activities to GM - Sales & Projects
Post Project Activities
- Kick of Meetings with sales department for new job orders for taking project handover from sales team
- Arranging Final P&I, Layouts as per project (Project team of engineers & designers are there for ground work)
- Discussion with Vendors for bought out items. Making technical & commercial comparison to seniors for final decision.
- Visiting vendors site for inspection, if required
- Co ordination with Design & Fabrication Team for In-house Machineries
- Submission of project timeline or Gantt chart to Management
- Co ordination, handling & motivating Design, Project, Fabrication Team for Timely machinery Readiness
- Discussion with customers for any project clarifications, if required.
- Co ordination of Project installation, Commissioning, Testing, Trial up to Handover of project.
- Reporting these activities to GM - Sales & Projects
Summary - This shall be 90% office & 10% Site job. Technically Sound, Self motivated, smart, honest personnel is required with minimum 5-6 years of experience at leadership level in project department. Candidate should have detailed fabrication knowledge of tanks & process skids fabrication, project calculations & piping knowledge. Candidates with experience in food processing machineries like dairy, juice, ice cream, fruit etc. shall be preferred.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
