Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and allowances.
- Data Maintenance: Collect, review, and audit timesheets, attendance records, and new hire data.
- Compliance & Tax Management: Ensure all payroll processes and statutory withholdings comply with local, state, and central tax regulations and labor laws.
- Benefits Administration: Deduct and account for employee benefits like health insurance, social security, and retirement plans.
- Query Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to address questions or concerns regarding their compensation and taxes.
- Reporting & Auditing: Generate and deliver payroll reports for internal stakeholders and conduct regular audits to rectify discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to maintain the integrity of personnel and payroll data.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
