- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Ensure effective market coverage and expand the customer base.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Territory Sales Officers.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Monitor secondary sales, primary sales, stock availability, and product distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth business execution.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
