Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of telecallers / sales executives / customer support executives
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of targets
- Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Motivate team members to improve productivity and sales conversions
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Monitor calls and provide feedback for quality improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and attendance
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Maintain discipline and positive team environment
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members when required
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in BPO, Call Center, Telecalling, Telesales, Banking Sales, or Credit Card Sales
- Prior experience in handling a team is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
Pay: ₹416,225.95 - ₹650,000.00 per year
