About the Role
Manufast is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Fresh Graduate in Mechanical Engineering to join our operations team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our manufacturing vendors and our central operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain coordination, basic quality inspections, and supervising dark store operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Recent 2025/2026 graduate).
- Experience: Fresher (Prior internships in manufacturing, logistics, or operations is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings/blueprints.
- Familiarity with basic measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, screw gauges, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel for data tracking).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication in English and Marathi Language, negotiation skills to deal with vendors, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
