CCTech's Adani Business Unit builds and operates digital transformation platforms for Adani Green Energy, including the multiple customise web application with complex scenarios of engineering and complex reality of renewable energy sector
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work alongside the BA team to support requirement gathering, documentation, data analysis, and quality validation across these platforms. It is a hands-on role with direct exposure to enterprise EPC project delivery, project controls, and AI-driven tooling — with a clear path to learning the analyst craft on a live, large-scale engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare and maintain BA artifacts — feature documents, user stories, test cases, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and process flows.
- Analyze project data (Excel-based reports, schedules, system exports) to surface insights, gaps, and reconciliation issues.
- Support UAT and QA cycles by explaining and executing business scenarios and logging defects.
- Help maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation for ongoing programme reviews.
- Coordinate across development, QA, and project stakeholders to keep work moving.
What We Are Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Solid working knowledge of MS office tools, with comfort handling data and a willingness to learn new tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Curiosity about how software, data, and business processes connect.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage tasks with guidance.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or any data / visualization tool.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or basic SDLC concepts.
- Interest in renewable energy, construction, or EPC / project-controls domains.
- Any prior project, internship, or coursework involving requirement analysis or documentation.
- Mentorship from an experienced BA team on a live enterprise programme.
- Real exposure to EPC digital transformation, project controls, and AI-driven tooling.
- A portfolio of genuine BA deliverables built on real project work.
