The Resort Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, front office, and staff management. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
* Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve guest complaints promptly.
* Manage and supervise department heads and resort staff.
* Develop work schedules and monitor employee performance.
* Control budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, front office, food & beverage, and security departments.
* Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies.
* Plan and implement marketing, promotional, and seasonal activities.
* Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
* Maintain resort facilities and ensure they meet quality standards.
