## Position: Project Supervisor
### Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Supervisor to manage and coordinate multiple projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project execution, client coordination, product presentations, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the flexibility to travel extensively for project execution, client meetings, product demonstrations, and site inspections.
### Key Responsibilities
#### Project Execution & Site Supervision
* Supervise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
* Monitor project progress, timelines, quality standards, and site activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct regular site visits and provide timely updates to management.
#### Client Interaction & Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
* Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project review discussions.
* Understand client requirements and ensure effective implementation through proper coordination.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
#### Product Mock-ups & Demonstrations
* Carry product samples, display materials, and presentation kits to project sites and client locations.
* Conduct on-site mock-ups and product demonstrations to help clients visualize the proposed solutions.
* Display and showcase products at client premises, experience centers, and project locations.
* Explain product features, applications, specifications, and benefits to clients and consultants.
* Gather client feedback during mock-up presentations and coordinate necessary modifications with the project team.
#### Project Coordination & Communication
* Handle project-related communication through emails, calls, meetings, and direct client interactions.
* Prepare project reports, progress updates, site observations, and documentation.
* Coordinate approvals, material requirements, and execution schedules with relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure all project records and documentation are maintained accurately.
#### Multi-Project Management
* Manage multiple project executions simultaneously across different locations.
* Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within agreed timelines.
* Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
#### Travel & Field Operations
* Travel extensively to project sites, client offices, and vendor locations as required.
* Support installation activities, site execution, handovers, and project closure processes.
* Represent the company professionally during all client and site interactions.

### Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in project supervision, project coordination, site execution, or client-facing project roles.
### Additional Requirements
* Must be willing to travel extensively based on project requirements.
* Should be comfortable carrying product samples and display materials for client presentations and site mock-ups.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
* Must possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to project execution.

Pay: ₹12,177.71 - ₹30,648.61 per month
