Position Overview

· Reports To: Managing Director (MD)
Core Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Agent Acquisition
· Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with retail travel agents (TAs), wholesalers, and tour operators across West India.
· Pitch company tour products, packages, and itineraries to secure new business volume.
· Onboard new travel agency partners to expand the company’s distribution network.
Operations & Tour Coordination
· Act as the primary bridge between local travel agents and the internal operations team.
· Monitor active and upcoming tours to ensure seamless execution and agent satisfaction.
· Resolve on-tour emergencies or agent grievances swiftly to maintain service standards.
· Executive Coordination
· Strategic scheduling of high-level meetings between the Managing Director (MD) and key travel trade partners.
· Conduct regular market visits, and attend major travel trade expos in the region on behalf of Marvel Tours Pvt. Ltd.
· Provide regular, data-driven market intelligence briefs directly to the MD.
Financial Accountability
· Track outstanding invoices and lead payment recovery efforts from partnered agents.
· Enforce company credit policies and ensure timely collection of pending bills.
Key Requirements
Experience & Network
· Minimum 7 years of active experience in B2B travel sales, destination management (DMC), or tourism boards.
· Existing, strong network of relationships with travel agents across West Inda.
Skills & Attributes
· Fluency in English and Hindi (Ability to speak Gujarati or Marathi is a strong advantage).
· Willingness to travel extensively across the West India region.
· Strong negotiation skills with a track record of handling commercial disputes and payment recoveries.
Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
