We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Media Expert Cum Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle digital marketing activities along with business development responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and upload engaging content, posters, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Handle branding and promotional activities
- Coordinate with the creative and sales team
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Lead generation and client handling abilities
- Good understanding of branding and online promotions
- MS Office and reporting knowledge
Qualification
- Graduate in any field
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related fields preferred

Pay: ₹10,047.28 - ₹25,000.00 per month
