Should have Automation Testing Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to CASA and Payments modules. Design, prepare, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data. Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support. Validate end-to-end banking transactions and payment workflows. Verify customer account operations, transaction processing, and payment functionalities. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders for issue resolution. Perform backend data validation using SQL queries. Participate in release validation and production deployment activities. Prepare test execution reports and provide regular status updates. Strong experience in Manual Testing and STLC methodologies. Good understanding of Banking Domain processes. Hands-on experience in: CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) Payments Fund Transfers NEFT RTGS IMPS UPI Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for banking applications/projects. Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Estimation, and Test Closure Reports. Manage Manual Testing teams across SIT, System Testing, Regression Testing, UAT support, and Production validation. Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers for requirement understanding and delivery alignment. Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories. Ensure complete test coverage and traceability against business requirements. Monitor testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics. Conduct defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution. Manage test execution cycles and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Support release management and production deployment activities. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and quality standards.
