Job Summary
We are looking for a Quotation Expert who can prepare travel package costs for destinations like Dubai, Bali,
Vietnam, and Thailand. The candidate should have experience in handling travel quotations and creating
customized travel plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare travel quotations for individual, group, corporate, and leisure trips
Design travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for best pricing
Ensure accurate costing including taxes, markup, and commissions
Follow up with sales team and clients on quotations
Provide alternative options if required services are unavailable
Assist in booking confirmation after client approval
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel quotations (B2B)
Experience handling destinations: Dubai, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand
Good knowledge of travel packages and costing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under deadlines
