Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and promote products, offers, and new collections.
- Follow up with customers who have visited the showroom or made inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and showroom visits for customers.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
