Balaji Marketing Experts is looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team in Rohini. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your primary goal is to reach out to potential business owners and students, explain our services (Digital Marketing, AI solutions, and College Admissions), and build a solid pipeline of interested leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to leads provided in our database to introduce our services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify the needs of the client, answer their basic queries, and assess their interest level.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule follow-up meetings or demo calls for the management team.
- Database Management: Keep accurate, daily records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our tracking system.
- Communication: Clearly explain the value of our digital marketing and admission consultancy programs in a professional and persuasive manner.
What We Are Looking For
- Communication: Excellent command of Hindi and English (verbal). You must be able to speak clearly and professionally.
- Persistence: A positive, "go-getter" attitude. You should not be discouraged by rejections and must stay motivated to hit your daily call targets.
- Reliability: Punctual and disciplined, as this role requires consistent daily activity.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand our service offerings so you can explain them accurately to prospects.
- Local Candidate: Residing in or near Rohini, Delhi, is preferred.
