MIS & CRM Operations Intern
NuKrishi is looking for a detail-oriented MIS & CRM Operations Intern to support business reporting, CRM management, data analysis, and backend operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, sales operations, and agribusiness analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update and manage CRM data, customer records, and lead information.
- Create dashboards, pivot tables, and business reports using Excel.
- Track sales, schemes, dispatches, inventory, and operational data.
- Support documentation, reconciliations, and backend coordination activities.
Requirements:
- B.Com, BBA, MBA (Agribusiness/Marketing), B.Sc. Agriculture, or related field.
- Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts).
- Basic understanding of CRM software.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
