Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services.
- Handle visitor registration and issue visitor passes when required.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Assist with data entry, photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: ₹9,193.43 - ₹24,518.41 per month
