Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver training on EM IP/OP medical coding to new hires and existing coders. Conduct induction, refresher, and upskilling sessions. Prepare training materials, SOPs, presentations, and assessment modules. Evaluate trainee performance through tests, audits, and feedback sessions. Provide floor support and coaching to improve coding quality and productivity. Stay updated with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS guidelines, and coding changes. Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to identify training needs and close performance gaps. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports. � LinkedIn +1 Eligibility Any Graduate (Life Science preferred). CPC/COC/CCS/CIC certification preferred or mandatory (based on company policy). 3–8+ years of experience in EM IP/OP medical coding. Prior experience in training, mentoring, QA, or team handling is preferred. Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. �
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
