Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support project operations through effective back-office coordination, documentation, reporting, and communication. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience in handling project-related administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and provide administrative support to project teams.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare project status reports and update project trackers regularly.
- Follow up with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding project progress.
- Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action items.
- Manage project-related emails, correspondence, and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project updates to management.
- Coordinate with field staff and support teams for project execution.
- Maintain databases, MIS reports, and project files.
- Assist management in project planning and resource coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, back-office operations, administration, or office coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MIS reporting and documentation.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of project management processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
