- Customer Consultation: Greet customers, determine their budget and transportation needs, and recommend matching new or used vehicles.
- Product Demonstration: Clearly explain vehicle features, capabilities, warranties, and benefits.
- Test Drives: Organize and accompany clients on test drives to ensure a comfortable and informative experience.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate final prices, present financing or leasing options, and overcome purchasing objections.
- Deal Processing: Complete sales contracts, handle necessary financing/trade-in paperwork, and coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) department.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Maintain a database of prospective buyers, and follow up with existing customers to foster referrals and repeat business.
